What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

The deposit is non-refundable. However, you can move your deposit to a different cabin or date up to 14 days before your check-in date, as long as it is in the same calendar year.

• Up to 14 days before check-in: You can move your deposit to a different cabin or date (same calendar year only)
• Within 14 days of arrival: If you do not contact us, you will be charged the full amount for your reservation
• After the 14-day period: The entire reservation is non-refundable and cannot be moved or canceled
